TwinBin Live is an ‘Internet of Things’ reordering solution using BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) technology. TwinBin Live provides real-time information of your stock on site and automatically reorders inventory. Both the top and bottom bins get fully stocked, and the items are dispensed from the lower bin by the user. When the bottom bin is empty, the user pulls a slider which releases the contents of the upper bin into the lower one. When users pull the sliders, the flags pop up, and BLE signals are sent to automatically notify suppliers that the stock levels have fallen below the threshold values defined.

Automated Inventory Replenishment With Extensive Features

  • Additional stock is released, never allowing you to run out of stock. When the bottom bin is empty, the user pulls a slider which releases the contents of the upper bin into the lower bin, and a predetermined quantity is ordered automatically on Sourcerer (cloud-based platform) to replenish the upper bin.
  • No overstocking: There’s no need to manually scan bins, preventing over-stocking.
  • Each TwinBin can automatically reorder from up to 80 metres to an iSite gateway.
  • The Sourcerer platform provides a complete audit trail of reorders and replenishments.
  • First In – First Out (FIFO) bin: Both the top and bottom bins are fully stocked, with items dispensed from the bottom bin by users.
